How long did it take you for CCW?

Postby swatpup102 » Tue Sep 09, 2008 12:05 pm

I am curious as to how long the ohio counties are taking to actually have the licenses ready. From what I have read on here it seems like quite a few people wait over 30 days for theirs. In warren county, I had mine in 1 day. What are some of the waiting times around the state?

I have tried to enter the number of days on that site numerous times and it won't accept them.

I have been waiting 2 weeks in Montgomery county. I'll let you know when I get it. They say it has been taking 4 to 5 weeks and they have 45 days to issue or deny the license.

I wish more people knew about and used that website, the data would be a little more useful. I'm not a betting man, but I'd say there's more than 6 people in my county that have licenses.

I got mine done in Jefferson County, turned the app in on a Thursday, got the call the following Tuesday.
